This letter applies only to individual sessions or programmes that have been separately arranged and confirmed in writing.

Changing a session

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, use Contact as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on agreed notice, preparation already completed and the format of the work.

Confirmed work

Fees, cancellation terms and any refund approach are set out in the applicable written confirmation. The Qovemasil website does not process payments directly.

External material

If a particular material or service is offered by another platform, its purchase terms are shown there. This site does not complete that transaction.
